I had an

art exhibit opening in September 2005 that I needed to make food for. I spent months planning costume themed food, and this page shows the ideas I began with, and photos of how these ideas were developed and carried out.

Below are a set of chocolate shoes made for the same reception (filled with raspberry sauce, and served in a shoebox lined with whipped cream). These shoes were then smashed and served as pieces of dessert.
